If you decide to work with us, the first thing we will do is to
sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) by mail or by Fax, then
we will start studying your project in full trust and confidentiality.
We will then issue you a quotation and a preliminary work plan,
with the estimated time needed to finish the study and to product
a prototype.
Later, when a working prototype is delivered, you're free to continue
working with us for the production or with any other partner.
At the end of our design phase we will deliver you with all the
source codes, schematics and plans that are your sole property
