Unfortunatley the cost of posting you the device back is around 20 euros, wich is almost half of the price of the device and I dont want to be rude with you, by not sending it back.
Is there any other option to resolve this problem2687 ie. other firmvare2687

Then never mind! just send us the serial number of your current device and you can keep it there. no need to send it back to us.

As soon as you send us the delivery address to "contact at ikalogic.com" we will send a new device to you.

You have to connect the device to the PC, in the PC software, click "help>about" and there you will find a device serial number, that's it!
