I thought I would write a small note on this. 

As many other things, bug and crash tracking have evolved at Ikalogic during the past few years. 

So, when you send a report to Ikalogic (whether it's from ScanaStudio or IkaScope app), an anonymous log is uploaded to our servers, along with a comment (if you added one in ScanaStudio). ScanaStudio workspaces are also uploaded (if you explicitly accept to share those). Finally, we get a nice slack notification for each and every report.

It is important that you know for sure that we do process those logs, and that we try our best to understand the roots of each and every crash to prevent it in future releases.

Your input is just so precious for us, so please, keep reporting whatever you see going wrong with the software.
