Yes, you have 180 days to return your newly bought device if you don’t like it (and if you bought it from us).
First, contact us and provide this information:
- Serial number
- Purchase invoice (or confirmation e-mail). If you can't find any of those, just tell us the name and e-mail that was used when buying the device
